Double effect Evaporator
Double effect evaporators are suitable for waste water treatment.
It had virtues of energy saving,being heated quickly, suitable for evaporating & concentrating of higher viscosity materials and high concentration rate, etc. Besides, it can also get qualified deionized water to meet the demand of industry boiler water.
It can also adopt the waste steam or other low heat value sources at the top of tube bundle or disc dryer to be the sources of evaporators and form waste steam evaporators, thus it can reduce live primary steam greatly, and reach the huge energy saving effect. When the waste steam is supplied sufficiently, it will not need primary steam at all, and get remarkable economic benefit
