Alcohol Recovery Towers in Machinery
Alcohol Recovery Tower in Machinery is applied to alcohol and organic solvent recovery in the industries of pharmacy, food, light manufacturing and chemicals. It is advantageous to reducing the production costs and improving efficiency. The equipment can distill the thin alcohol from the consistency of 30 to 50 degrees to 90 to 95 degrees. When the requirements of the alcohol content of the finished product are higher, the reflux rate increase, correspondingly the output of the finished product decrease, the residual liquid is discharged with alcohol content below to 3 degree. It is the ideal equipment of alcohol recovery.
This device adopts high efficiency stainless steel helices. The contacting parts are made of stainless steel, such as tower body, condenser, steady pressure tank and snake tube cooler etc, in order to ensure the finished alcohol could not be polluted. Caldron adopts U-style tube that can be disassembled, which is good for heating the outer wall and cleaning up the inner wall of the distill caldron. This device can adopts heating up outside (JHW) or heating up inside (JHN), the distill speed of JHW is fast, which is mostly feasible to the structure of JH-800 upwards. On one side, it can be used to alcohol recovery; on the other side, it can also be used to concentrate the staff liquid.
